I'm a data leader that's been solving the data puzzle for over 35 years. I advise organizations to proactively define & optimize their processes, & enhance quality standards, to resolve their most painful data insight issues. My decades of deep practitioner experience, in data, analytics, & business intelligence, specializes in crafting & executing strategic analytics roadmaps for global companies dealing with complex financial data solutions. Additionally, I guide senior leaders on confidently leveraging their existing software assets to overcome their technology challenges, facilitating better experiences in making data-driven business decisions while also resulting in significant time & money savings on maintenance & support.

I've held the corporate positions of CDO for a data strategy consultancy, COO for a real estate development firm, CEO for a national marketing agency, CFO for a regional construction firm, IT Manager for a national risk management company, & Customer Services Manager for an international software development group.
I serve as VP of Marketing on the Data Management Association - Rocky Mountain Chapter board & am formerly a board member for the Colorado Chapter of The Data Warehouse Institute (TDWI). I contribute to HMG Strategy, Women in Technology, Women in Data (WiD), Society for Information Management (SIM), Colorado Technology Association (CTA), & SQL chapters and groups.
I hold the DAMA International certification Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) at the Practitioner's Level and am recognized internationally, having spoken at 33 events/conferences about Agile Enablement, Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Stewardship, Data Strategy, Information Security, LinkedIn and Test Automation.

I also exhibit meticulous discipline in my personal life as a fitness model & amateur competitive bodybuilder in the figure division, & I enjoy competing in spartan races & tough mudders. My love of fitness & living a healthy lifestyle was previously demonstrated as a professional dancer & an international lifestyle brand spokesmodel.
