Quality Assurance Services

Fox Consulting provides comprehensive QA services, helping clients improve data accuracy and reliability, enhance system performance, maintain regulatory compliance, increase efficiency and productivity, mitigate risk, and increase customer satisfaction, which are essential for their success.

Acceptance

Criteria

FOX defines acceptance criteria to ensure products, services, or systems meet user, customer, and stakeholder needs, aligning features with business and technical requirements for successful completion.

SDET

FOX models the software development engineer in test role, blending development, QA expertise, and automation by writing code, developing robust automated tests, and ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of applications and products.

ATDD

Acceptance test-driven development is a collaborative approach where FOX, the developers, testers, business stakeholders and product owners collaborate to define acceptance criteria & tests before development begins.

FOX designs test automation using frameworks implemented on an existing data platform (no tool to buy) to execute tests, manage test data, & analyze test results automatically, with the goal of reducing, or eliminating, the need for human intervention.

BDD

Behavior driven development is an agile development approach that enhances collaboration between FOX, developers, testers, business stakeholders and product owners by focusing on the expected behavior of the product.

TDD

Test-driven development is an approach where FOX writes test cases before the actual code is developed. The process: write a test that defines a certain functionality, run the test to see it fail, & then write the minimum amount of code needed to pass the test.

Quality

Advocate

FOX's modeling of this role promotes quality across the SDLC by embedding best practices, collaborating with teams, and fostering a culture focused on delivering high-quality products at every stage.

UAT

User acceptance testing is the final phase of the testing process, where the actual users of the product test it to ensure it meets their requirements & expectations. FOX leads UAT as a critical step to validate the product works & fulfills the business needs.
