Imagine being handed several years of financial transactions, employee records, emails, and system reports as part of a fraud investigation or legal dispute.

Where do you even begin?

I've spent decades working with complex business systems, and one thing I've learned is that the most revealing information isn't always in the reports someone hands you.

Sometimes it's in the transactions behind those reports.

Sometimes it's in the relationships between records that were never intended to be analyzed together.

And sometimes it's in what's missing.

Whether you're investigating suspected fraud, preparing for litigation, evaluating an acquisition, or trying to reconcile conflicting evidence, the challenge often isn't a lack of information. It's figuring out how the information connects and what it can actually support.

I enjoy that part of the work. Following the data, questioning inconsistencies, and turning complicated information into something people can understand and act upon.

If you're an attorney, fraud investigator, or part of a legal team facing a complicated data problem, I'm always happy to have a conversation about where to start.
