Susan has worked in the tech industry for over 20 years, first as a developer, then as an agile coach, and manager, leading teams and helping organizations build collaborative, high-performing cultures. With additional experience in education and linguistics, she knows how important it is to communicate well, not just with the words we use, but also with the feelings and emotions we convey.

Her strengths in coaching, conflict resolution, and workshop facilitation unlock organizational opportunities by building skills in transparency, collaboration, and communication.
